Delivery & Shipping Information

Can I pick up my order?

We can make arrangements to for you to pick up your order.  Simply choose pickup and we will schedule a time that is convenient for you.

Can my gift be hand delivered?

We offer local delivery to Nashville and surrounding areas within a 25 Mile radius for a flat delivery fee of $20.00 per address. Rush deliveries will incur an additional $10.00 delivery fee

When will my order Ship?

Orders ship in 1-3 business days unless delayed delivery date is specified.  Most standard gifts ship within 24 hours after your order is received. Our custom printed and engraved gifts will be shipped within 2-5 days depending on the type of order.  We strive to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible, but during peak Holiday gift season, gifts may take longer to ship.

During Holiday peaks, shipping and delivery times can vary. Some shipping providers periodically experience delays past their usual timeframe and neither they, nor we, can guarantee the shipping times.  Our preferred shipping partners are FedEx and USPS.  USPS is primarily used within the state of Tennessee and FedEx is used for all other areas. 

During the summer months all shipments must be shipped 2 day express or overnight.  SGC is not responsible for melted products due to longer shipping times, but does ensure everything is packaged to keep the products integrity within a 1-2 day ship time.  


How long does it take for my gift do be delivered?

Shipping times from Nashville, TN from the date shipped to date of arrival are estimated as follows:

  • FedEx Ground/UPS Ground/USPS Priority - 1 to 5 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day - 2 business days

You will always receive an email notification when your gift has shipped, along with the tracking number so you can ensure it arrives to you or your recipient.

Shipping times DO NOT include the order PROCESSING time that it takes us for us to get the gift packaged and dropped off to the carrier which can be 24-48 hours during non-peak times and potentially longer during peak holiday shipping times. 

In the event of holiday delays, bad weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events that may affect shipping services, your shipment may be delayed by the carrier. We do our very best to make sure your gift is delivered on time, but once it leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and we have very little control over their ability to get it there in a timely manner. We're not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen items. 

If there is an issue with a package not arriving, we will be happy to help in any way we can, so we encourage you to contact us, but appreciate your understanding that we are also at the mercy of our shipping partners.

We are occasionally provided with the wrong or incomplete shipping addresses during the checkout process.  If we notice the error up front, we will contact you to resolve prior to shipping.  Otherwise, we will ship exactly as the address is entered on your order confirmation.  Any packages that need to be re-routed or re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided are subject to a $16 handling fee in addition to shipping charges that will be incurred the second time of shipment.

Can gifts be delivered to multiple addresses?
